Are there any restrictions on items I can bring to the event?Yes, for safety reasons, attendees are not allowed to bring alcohol, their own fireworks, or sparklers. This is especially important in areas with crowds and children. This year we cannot take portable chairs given the wet conditions.

Do I need to buy separate tickets for the two displays?One ticket will give you access to the entire evening’s events, including both firework displays. Two for the price of one!

Can I bring my dog to the event?We request attendees not to bring their dogs. However, 'Assist Dogs' are permitted.

Will the event be cancelled if it rains?No, the fireworks are not weather-dependent. The display will proceed even if it rains.

Any advice for attendees with young children?Arrive early to enjoy the fairground and buy refreshments. If you're concerned about the noise, consider bringing ear defenders for your child. The viewing areas are on grass, which might be muddy, so plan accordingly if you're bringing prams or pushchairs.

Do I need to bring a torch?While the venue will be lit, it's a good idea to bring your own torch. The venue lights will be turned off during the fireworks display.

Is there a designated parking area for the event?We regret that there is no allocated parking for the event. Please see the ‘Transport Options’ section for travel advice, including details of our free shuttle buses.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?Sadly, the site is not suitable for wheelchairs due to the absence of any hard-standing.

Can I bring my own seating, like fold-up chairs or blankets?Due to potential wet ground conditions, chairs and blankets for the ground are unfortunately not permitted.

What is your refund policy?Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the display.

Our display is organised in compliance with the Local Authority Safety Advisory Group to ensure a successful, exciting and safe evening for all.

We are grateful for the help of Bucks Event Medics and our Security Team.
If you suffer any injury, please seek out the trained medical staff at our First Aid Station, in the marquee. They are always very pleased to help.

Please help us by being responsible and not crossing any barriers erected for your safety.

Also, for your own safety, we do not allow you to bring alcohol or your own fireworks to the event. This includes sparklers: they are too dangerous where there are crowds and excited children.
